Space Industrial has completed its seventh acquisition with the purchase of a multi-let estate at Thwaites Farm Industrial Estate in Leeds. The property comprises a terrace of seven units, fully let to Royal Mail. With low passing rents and a short WAULT, the purchase presents immediate asset management opportunities to capture reversion and reinvest in the asset.

The joint venture between Marchmont Investment Management and Invesco EMEA purchased the asset from TT Group (Telereal Trillium), expanding its multi-let industrial (MLI) portfolio to over £85 million.
