Marchmont, alongside our joint venture partner Pictet Group, are pleased to announce the successful sale of Unit 3 at the Christy Estate, Aldershot.

Having acquired the 25,151 sq ft industrial unit in 2019, it was subsequently refurbished as part of the business plan when DHL vacated in 2025.

Following strong interest during the marketing process, the property has now been sold to a local owner-occupier, achieving an excellent outcome for the joint venture and reflecting the continued demand for well-located, high-quality industrial assets.
